The rooms are beautifully decorated with all the needed amenities and a spacious modern bathroom. the breakfast buffet has wonderful choices from western to eastern cuisine. We were lucky enough to have an amazing view of a famous landmark from our room window. the staff was helpful and kind despite the small language barrier. the only down side was there were few staff at the reception that seemed a little cold and not very friendly.

the exclusive amenities were outstanding; we particularly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, massage service and the spa centre. the room advantage was unbeatable; it was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated.
The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of English spoken by some of the staff, but they made up for it with their helpfulness and kindness. we had a wonderful stay at this venue.

The hotel offered a great Easter experience with fantastic amenities. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views. We loved the delicious breakfast with both Western and local cuisine options. The location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions.
Some staff members didn't speak much English which made communication challenging at times. Some staff members were not as friendly or welcoming as we had hoped.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, great view of the surrounding area, and the delicious breakfast with many options from both eastern and western cuisines.

Great location, close to attractions and transportation. Nice and clean room with a comfortable bed. Enjoyed the beautiful views from the room. Staff was helpful when they could understand us.
Terrible communication, as most staff spoke little to no English. We often had trouble getting our needs met, such as ordering food or getting directions.

The cleaning lady was genuinely friendly and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the hotel was beautifully decorated with spacious rooms. We even had a view of Mount Tai!
Couldn't find any faults at all.
